Vous avez de l'expérience en immobilier, en location ou en vente et vous aimez accompagner les clients dans leur processus de décision?

Notre client, dans le domaine de l’immobilier, est à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en Location immobilière afin de se joindre à son équipe dans le cadre de projets multi-résidentiel à usages mixtes à Montréal.

Vous aurez l'occasion d'être au cœur des projets, d'accueillir les clients, de leur faire découvrir les unités, de les conseiller dans leur choix et de les accompagner jusqu'à leur emménagement.

Responsabilités principales

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du bureau de location situé sur le site du projet;
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et en personne;
  • Présenter les projets, leurs caractéristiques et les unités disponibles aux clients potentiels;
  • Planifier et effectuer les visites des unités;
  • Conseiller les clients dans leur choix d’unité selon leurs besoins;
  • Préparer, rédiger, présenter, expliquer et faire signer les baux de location et les documents/contrats accessoires;
  • Préparer les dossier d'enquêtes de crédits des clients potentiels;
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients potentiels et contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de location;
  • Accompagner les nouveaux locataires dans le processus d’intégration;
  • Coordonner les différentes étapes liées aux emménagements;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion immobilière, de marketing et administratifs;
  • Assurer une présence professionnelle et accueillante sur le site du projet.
  • Participer à la préparation de promotions et de marketing sur les réseaux sociaux (incluant rédaction de texte et apparition - ex. réels, etc.)
  • Organiser des événements promotionnels lies aux projets

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne orientée vers le service à la clientèle, organisée et dynamique, qui possède un intérêt pour le domaine immobilier.

  • Une expérience dans le secteur immobilier ou locatif constitue un atout;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication;
  • Fortes habiletés en développement de relations avec les clients;
  • Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers et priorités simultanément;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, des logiciels CRM et aisance avec les logiciels de gestion immobilière;
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais.

  • Salaire à partir de 80 k$ selon expérience;
  • Allocation cellulaire pouvant aller jusqu’à 70 $ par mois;
