Votre rôle :

Sous la supervision de la VP des ventes et opérations, vous serez responsable de contribuer à la croissance des ventes des clients que nous représentons au sein des bannières d’épicerie et/ou de pharmacie du Québec. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'analyse des données et la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs, tout en veillant à la mise en œuvre des stratégies commerciales pour maximiser les résultats.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Analyse des données de ventes : Extraire, analyser les données et préparer des rapports pour des présentations clients.
  • Gestion des relations : Servir de lien entre les fournisseurs et les bannières, assurer une communication fluide et une coordination efficace.
  • Gestion des produits : Préparer et soumettre les formulaires pour la mise en liste de nouveaux produits, ainsi que les changements de prix.
  • Mise à jour des planogrammes : Extraire et mettre à jour les planogrammes de produits afin d’optimiser l’affichage en magasin.
  • Suivi des promotions : Préparer les propositions et confirmations de promotions, assurer le respect des délais et des procédures.
  • Analyse concurrentielle : Étudier les tendances du marché, analyser la concurrence et effectuer des études de marché pour recommander des actions stratégiques.
  • Projections de ventes : Préparer et mettre à jour régulièrement les projections de ventes.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience : 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes dans un domaine similaire.
  • Formation : Un BAC est un atout, en particulier dans les domaines du commerce, de la gestion ou du marketing.
  • Connaissance du secteur : Une connaissance du secteur de l’alimentation ou de la pharmacie constitue un avantage.
  • Compétences requises : Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles. Esprit axé sur les résultats et capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler sous pression, tout en respectant les délais. Compétences avancées en Excel, Outlook, Power BI et CRM (atouts). Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
