Nous cherchons un(e) spécialiste de la paie bilingue qui se rapportera directement au Directeur de la comptabilité de gestion.

  • Poste hybride - 2 jours semaine au bureau de Ville Saint-Laurent
  • Salaire : à partir de 80 000$ par année et plus selon expérience, assurances collective et REER

Responsabilités

  • Préparer, traiter et balancer la paie
  • Administrer les déductions à la source incluant les programmes d'avantages sociaux
  • Assurer le processus de fin d'année
  • Ouverture, mise à jour et gestion des dossiers d'employés
  • Préparer les rapports et documents en lien avec la paie
  • Préparer les terminaisons d'emplois, les relevés d'emplois, les T4 et R1
  • Comptabiliser, analyser, concilier et compléter les écritures comptables, les rapports et les tableaux concernant la paie et communiquer au besoin avec les autorités gouvernementales pour les réconciliations
  • Gérer les dossiers SST et WSIB ;
  • Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie, les avantages sociaux, les vacances, etc.
  • Réconcilier les paiements d'assurances, de REER, avis de cotisation reçu
  • Gestion des avantages sociaux (vacances, congé de maladie, assurances collectives, REER, etc.)
  • Mise à jour des données ressources humaines (vacances, absentéisme, embauche, départ, etc.) ;
  • Effectuer diverses analyses, tâches administratives et supporter le département ressources humaines

COMPÉTENCES :

Techniques : Très bonne habileté ave Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et Powerpoint)

Relationnelles :

  • Capacité à travailler plusieurs dossiers à la fois et à établir les priorités
  • Bon jugement et discernement
  • Attitude dynamique et positive
  • Excellentes habilités interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler en équipe
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression;
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’organisation;
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour l’écoute et excellent service à la clientèle.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

Formation : DEC ou certificat en comptabilité ou domaine pertinent et/ou expérience équivalente. Détenir l’accréditation de l’ACP.

Expérience : Minimum5 ans d’expérience en gestion de la paie. Expérience avec différents systèmes de paie soient les systèmes Ceridian, Day Force et Nethris serait un atout.

Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français et anglais – oral et écrit. Ce poste devra collaborer avec d'autres sites à travers le Canada où seule l'anglais est parlé.
