Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinar la comunicación entre Producción, Logística, Embarques y S&OP ante condiciones de altos inventarios o restricciones de capacidad de ácido, facilitando la toma oportuna de acciones operativas y ajustes de producción.

· Coordinación de transporte de acuerdo a programación de ventas. (sosa, acido, hipoclorito)

· Programar y dar seguimiento al ingreso, descarga y retiro de furgones de sal, coordinando las actividades requeridas para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materia prima y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de descarga.

· Monitorear el desempeño del proceso de descarga de sal, analizando las desviaciones respecto a los objetivos establecidos y coordinando acciones con las áreas involucradas para recuperar el programa operativo.

· Dar seguimiento al inventario y consumo de sal de las diferentes fuentes de suministro, incluyendo el material proveniente de Obregón, para proporcionar visibilidad sobre su disponibilidad y utilización conforme a las necesidades operativas de la planta.

· Coordinar el arribo, acomodo, movimiento y retiro de carros tanque y furgones dentro de las instalaciones ferroviarias de la planta, de acuerdo con las prioridades y necesidades operativas

· Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los niveles de inventario y capacidad de almacenamiento de ácido, anticipando requerimientos de almacenamiento adicional y comunicando oportunamente las condiciones operativas a las áreas involucradas, para contribuir a la continuidad de la operación

COMPLEJIDAD DEL TRABAJO

· Debe anticipar condiciones de altos inventarios de ácido y restricciones de capacidad, facilitando información oportuna para la toma de decisiones y la coordinación de acciones operativas.

· Administra restricciones de disponibilidad, ubicación y movimiento de furgones y carros tanque, conciliando las necesidades operativas con la capacidad de vías y los tiempos de servicio ferroviario.

· Analiza desviaciones de los programas de descarga y movimiento ferroviario, identifica causas y coordina acciones de recuperación y mejora con las áreas involucradas.

· Gestiona simultáneamente tres procesos interdependientes —capacidad de almacenamiento de ácido, abastecimiento y descarga de sal, y logística ferroviaria— cuyas desviaciones pueden afectar la continuidad operativa de la planta.
