  • Provide HSE support for heavy lifts, modular receipts and setting, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, and other construction activities by verifying required plans, permits, controls, and pre-job checks before and during the work.
  • Maintain regular field contact with contractor HSE representatives and supervisors to review findings, clarify site requirements, track commitments, and support resolution of day-to-day HSE issues.
  • Support contractor mobilization and onboarding by verifying completion of required HSE documentation, orientation, qualifications, and site-entry requirements, and report gaps to the responsible project or HSE lead.
  • Support incident reporting and investigations by securing relevant field information, participating in fact finding, documenting assigned actions, and following up corrective and preventive action closure in accordance with site requirements.
  • Deliver and support approved HSE training and site orientation for contractor personnel, reinforce requirements during field interactions, and identify training or competency gaps for follow-up by contractor management and the HSE Manager.
  • Documentation and reporting: Collect and validate field observations, inspections and audit findings, contractor reports, and corrective action status; maintain accurate records and provide timely inputs for periodic site HSSE reports.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
