Key Responsibilities: Gestión de grupos de interés: Realizar el análisis y mapeo de actores en la zona de

influencia, definiendo estrategias de relacionamiento comunitario que fortalezcan la

Licencia Social para Operar.

2. Identificación y mitigación de riesgos: Detectar y evaluar riesgos sociales y operativos,

proponiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas alineadas con los estándares corporativos.

Comunicación y diálogo comunitario: Establecer canales de comunicación eficaces y transparentes con comunidades y otros actores clave (autoridades, líderes sociales, OSCs, etc.), atendiendo expectativas, quejas y reclamos.

4.

Acompañamiento técnico en conflictos: Brindar soporte en procesos de negociación y compensación, en coordinación con las áreas de Operaciones, HSE&S y Legal.

5.

Gestión de convenios y compromisos: Coordinar la formalización, seguimiento y cumplimiento de convenios con comunidades y otros grupos de interés.

6.

Diseño e implementación de programas sociales: Liderar proyectos de inversión comunitaria y voluntariado corporativo que aporten al desarrollo local y a la sostenibilidad del negocio.

7.

Generar y dar seguimiento para garantizar el cumplimiento de los convenios nuevos y los existentes, asegurando que ambas partes cumplan con lo acordado.

8.

Desarrollar programas y proyectos de inversión comunitaria y voluntariado corporativo, en colaboración con grupos de interés internos y externos, que fomenten un buen relacionamiento comunitario y garanticen la continuidad operativa del negocio, así como la Licencia Social para Operar.

Requirements: Educación

•

Pregrado en Trabajo social, Periodismo, Sociología, relaciones internacionales, derecho o afines.

•

Maestría en temas relacionados a Sustentabilidad, Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, Innovación social.

•

Cursos en Negociación y resolución de conflictos. Conocimientos

•

Normativas legales relacionadas con compensaciones, impactos sociales y ambientales.

•

Conocimiento de programas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).

•

Conocimiento de la cultura del área de trabajo (vivir en Coatzacoalcos).

•

Competencias en: comunicación (oral y escrita), liderazgo, toma de decisiones, cumplimiento de objetivos, innovación y planificación, en niveles de liderazgo o profesional.

•

Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

•

Experiencia en diferentes tipos de negociación, tales como: progresiva, situacional, acomodativa y colaborativa.

•

Liderazgo para desarrollar proyectos y cambios culturales.

•

Comunicación transversal y vertical en la organización.

•

Capacidad de generar reportes e indicadores de gestión.

•

Experiencia

•

5 años de experiencia proyectos/áreas afines (Relaciones Institucionales, Responsabilidad Social, Sustentabilidad en área social o afines.)

•

Experiencia en manejo de relaciones difíciles con comunidades y en la ejecución de proyectos sociales con ONG’s, líderes comunitarios y otros aliados.
