נטפים הינה חברה גלובלית, חלק מקבוצת "אורביה", תאגיד בינלאומי המונה כ־23,000 עובדים ברחבי העולם. החברה עוסקת בפיתוח וייצור טפטפות ופתרונות השקיה מתקדמים לתעשייה החקלאית, ונחשבת לחברת ההשקיה המובילה בעולם. מעבר לפיתוח ולייצור, נטפים מקימה שדות, מטעים וחממות, מעניקה שירותים לחקלאים, פעילה ומשווקת את מוצריה ליותר מ־100 מדינות ברחבי העולם.

כיום לנטפים 19 מפעלים ו-2 מפעלי מחזור ברחבי העולם, כולל בישראל, ולמעלה מ־33 חברות בנות. בישראל פועלים שלושה אתרי ייצור: חצרים, מגל ויפתח. בנוסף, מטה החברה ממוקם במרכז הארץ, ואתר הייטק נוסף פועל ביקנעם. נטפים מעסיקה כ־5,000 עובדים ברחבי העולם, מתוכם כ־1,000 עובדים בישראל

משימה מרכזית

אחריות להובלת תחום המצוינות התפעולית בשלושה אתרי ייצור של נטפים בישראל (יפתח, מגל וחצרים), תוך הטמעת תרבות של שיפור מתמיד, הובלת פרויקטים של התייעלות חוצי ארגון ושיפור ביצועי המפעלים בתחומי בטיחות, איכות, אספקה, עלות ופריון

התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת מול המצוינות התפעולית הגלובאלית, הנהלות המפעלים, מנהלי ייצור, איכות, הנדסה ושרשרת אספקה, לצד הובלת תוכניות לשיפור ביצועים ויצירת סטנדרטיזציה בין האתרים

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

הובלת תוכנית המצוינות התפעולית

· הובלת יישום אסטרטגיית ה־OPEX במפעלי ישראל בהתאם לכיווני הפעולה הגלובליים

· הובלת והטמעת מתודולוגיות Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma , Continuous Improvement, 5S -

· בנייה והובלת תוכניות עבודה שנתיות לקידום יעדי המצוינות התפעולית

· הבטחת סטנדרטיזציה ושיתוף Best Practices בין המפעלים

הובלת פרויקטי שיפור

· זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור תהליכים תפעוליים ועסקיים

· הובלת אירועי Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), GEMBA ,A3 Problem Solving

· ניהול והנחיית צוותי שיפור חוצי פונקציות עד להשגת תוצאות עסקיות מדידות

· הובלת פרויקטי חיסכון, התייעלות ושיפור מדדים תפעוליים עפ"י הנדרש

פיתוח היכולות הארגוניות

· הכשרה, ליווי וחניכה של מנהלים ועובדים בתחומי המצוינות התפעולית

· בניית קהילות ידע ורשת מובילי OPEX במפעלים

· חיזוק מעורבות העובדים והובלת יוזמות תרבות ארגונית התומכות בשיפור מתמיד

· הובלת פורומים מקצועיים בנושאי מצוינות תפעולית

· תמיכה בתהליכי טרנספורמציה ארגונית ושיפור תרבות המצוינות

מדידה ובקרה

· הגדרת מדדי הצלחה ויעדי OPEX

· מעקב אחר KPI's תפעוליים והצגת מגמות להנהלות המפעלים והאזור

· הובלת מבדקים, סקרי בשלות ותוכניות פעולה לשיפור ביצועים

· הכנת מצגות ודיווחים להנהלה בישראל ולמצוינות התפעולית הגולבאלית

דרישות התפקיד

נכונות להתנייד בין שלושת האתרים: מגל, יפתח וחצרים

· תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול / הנדסה / תחום רלוונטי אחר

· ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בתפקידים תפעוליים, הנדסיים או בתחום המצוינות התפעולית

· ניסיון של לפחות 10 שנות עבודה בתעשייה יצרנית

· ניסיון מוכח בהובלת פרויקטי שיפור תהליכים והטמעת מתודולוגיות Lean

· הסמכת Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.- יתרון משמעותי

· יכולת הובלת תהליכים והשפעה ללא סמכות ניהולית ישירה

· יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות ועבודה מבוססת נתונים

· יכולת עבודה עצמית טובה לצד עבודה בצוות

· שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה

· שליטה בכלי AI, וoffice
