Location: Manchester, NH — This is an on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with a collaborative legal team. Hybrid flexibility may become available as you establish relationships and grow within the firm.

Note: Active New Hampshire Bar admission is required. We welcome attorneys at different career stages and value candidates seeking a stable, long-term opportunity. No book of business is required for associates with 1 to 6 years of experience. Senior attorneys and solo practitioners are also encouraged to apply if they bring an established book of business.

Job Description

  • Advise employers on labor and employment law, workplace policies, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
  • Represent clients in employment litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and related claims.
  • Handle administrative proceedings, employment-related investigations, and dispute resolution matters.
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Assist clients with collective bargaining agreements, labor negotiations, and union grievances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical legal strategies that protect clients and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Build lasting client relationships while gaining increasing responsibility and independence.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active New Hampshire Bar admission.
  • Experience or a strong foundation in labor and employment law, with employer-side representation preferred.
  • Strong legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Litigation, administrative proceedings, or client counseling experience is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to long-term career growth.
