Job Description

Operational responsibilities for following processes

  • Visitor & Courier Management
  • On boarding of new joiner & Resignation activities
  • Stock Inventory and Invoice processing
  • Housekeeping activities & Coordinating the Office Maintenance and repairs
  • Travel coordination
  • Attendance Management
  • Event Coordination
  • Work closely with People & Culture (HR) and IM (IT/Infra Management) teams for operational alignment
  • Any other routine tasks of Administration What we offer
