Haemme proaktiivista sekä yhteistyökykyistä tuotekehityslaboranttia toistaiseksi voimassa olevaan työsuhteeseen Fermionin Espoon tuotekehityslaboratorioon.

Tehtävän kuvaus

Työskentelet Fermionin tuotekehityksessä PM-ryhmässä, jonka vastuulle kuuluvat pääosin tuotannossa jo olevat tuotteet. Tehtävät liittyvät useimmiten parannushankkeisiin tai ongelmanratkaisuihin. Tehtäviisi kuuluu orgaanisten synteesien tekemistä laboratoriossa ryhmämme kemistien tai insinöörien ohjeistamana. Töiden skaala on kymmenistä millilitroista muutamaan litraan. Yksikköoperaatioista tärkeimpiä ovat reaktio, uutto, tislaus, kiteytys, suodatus ja kuivaus. Olennainen osa työtä on tehdä havaintoja kokeissa tapahtuvista ilmiöistä, esimerkiksi kehittyykö lämpöä, miten yhdisteet liukenevat ja kiteytyvät sekä miten hyvin tuotteet suodattuvat. Teet reaktioseoksista ja tuotteista analyysejä esim HPLC:llä tai GC:llä ja dokumentoit työsi huolellisesti. Työ on päivätyötä maanantaista perjantaihin joustavin työajoin.

Odotuksemme

  • laboratorioanalyytikon, laborantin tai vastaava tutkinto
  • kromatografisten analyysimenetelmien, erityisesti HPLC, tuntemusta
  • kokemus synteesityöstä katsotaan eduksi
  • hyvää suomen ja englannin kielen kirjallista ja suullista taitoa
  • kykyä ja halua opetella käytännön synteesityötä ja analyysilaitteistojen käyttämistä

Yksikön kuvaus

Fermion on yksi Orion Pharman liiketoimintayksiköistä, joka kehittää ja valmistaa vaikuttavia lääkeaineita Orionin omiin innovatiivisiin lääkkeisiin sekä osaan sen alkuperäis-, geneerisiä ja eläinlääkkeitä. Lisäksi Fermion valmistaa geneerisiä lääkeaineita eri käyttötarkoituksiin ja toimii sopimuskehitys- ja valmistusorganisaationa (CDMO) muille lääkeyhtiöille. Fermionilla on valmistettu lääkeaineita Hangossa vuodesta 1973, missä työskentelee noin 180 henkilöä. Oulun tuotantolaitos on toiminut vuodesta 1964 ja työllistää yli 100 ammattilaista. Pääkonttori sijaitsee Espoossa, missä toimivat mm. tutkimus ja kehitys, myynti ja markkinointi sekä osa laatuhenkilöstöstä. Fermion työllistää yhteensä reilu 400 asiantuntijaa.

Fermionin tuotekehityksessä vastaamme lääkeaineiden synteesireittien kehityksestä ja optimoinnista teollisen mittakaavan tuotantoprosesseiksi, jotka ovat turvallisia, taloudellisia ja ympäristöystävällisiä. Lääkeaineet, joiden parissa työskentelemme ja joita tuotamme ovat sekä geneerisiä että alkuperäislääkeaineita. Asiakkainamme ovat lääkefirmat maailmanlaajuisesti.
