Position: Field Service Engineer Company: Confidential Contract Details: Full time

Position Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to our clients. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient support for our products. You will be working closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their technical issues. This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site technical support and services to clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products - Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities - Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product developments to provide the best support to clients - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on client sites - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry - Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electronic and mechanical systems - Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
