  • Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection and test methods.
  • Perform validation of software systems used in production and quality processes ensuring compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100) and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, including PSW, control plans, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and supporting records, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration programs for production and facility equipment; coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support root cause analysis activities (e.g., 5-Why, 8D) for nonconformances and assist in the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including audit preparation, evidence collection, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
