Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. In deze rol vorm je samen met de buitendienst een sterk commercieel team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van offertes en het verkopen van service- en reparatieoplossingen voor liften, roltrappen en rolpaden. Jij weet klantvragen te vertalen naar passende voorstellen en zorgt ervoor dat kansen worden omgezet in succesvolle opdrachten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, buitendienstcollega's en interne afdelingen. Je ondersteunt de salesactiviteiten binnen jouw regio en draagt direct bij aan de groei van onze service- en reparatieportefeuille.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en uitwerken van offertes voor reparaties, moderniseringen en serviceoplossingen.
  • Actief beheren en opvolgen van commerciële kansen binnen jouw klantenbestand.
  • Intensief samenwerken met de Sales Representative in de buitendienst om gezamenlijke commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Adviseren van klanten over technische en commerciële mogelijkheden.
  • Onderhouden van klantrelaties en bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.
  • Signaleren van verkoopkansen en deze proactief benutten.
  • Coördineren met interne afdelingen zoals Operations, Service en Finance om klanten optimaal te bedienen.
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van omzet- en margedoelstellingen binnen jouw regio.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent continu bezig met klantvragen, commerciële kansen en het realiseren van resultaten in een dynamische technische omgeving.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je bent energiek, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen en kansen te benutten. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht, ondernemend en nieuwsgierig naar techniek.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde mbo of hbo opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting.
  • 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële, klantgerichte of salesfunctie.
  • Affiniteit met techniek of een sterke interesse om je hierin te verdiepen.
  • Een ondernemende en proactieve instelling.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en een commerciële drive.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
