Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider Reparatie zorg jij ervoor dat onze monteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan en reparaties soepel, veilig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, de monteur en de interne organisatie. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding beschikken onze monteurs altijd over de juiste informatie, materialen en ondersteuning om het werk succesvol uit te voeren.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het voorbereiden en plannen van reparatiewerkzaamheden.
  • Het beoordelen van technische informatie en het uitwerken van passende oplossingen.
  • Het uitvoeren van technische opnames op locatie wanneer nodig.
  • Het bestellen en bewaken van de benodigde materialen en onderdelen.
  • Het controleren van opdrachtbevestigingen en leveringen.
  • Het opstellen van duidelijke werkomschrijvingen voor monteurs.
  • Het aanvragen van keuringen en het coördineren van transporten.
  • Het ondersteunen van monteurs tijdens de uitvoering en het beantwoorden van technische vragen.
  • Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, collega's en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Het bijhouden van de projectadministratie en het digitaal vastleggen van alle relevante documenten.
  • Het controleren en accorderen van facturen van leveranciers.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer regel je met spoed een onderdeel om een lift snel weer in bedrijf te krijgen, de andere keer werk je een complexe reparatie tot in detail uit. Je combineert techniek, planning en organisatie en hebt een directe impact op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat reparaties van begin tot eind perfect zijn voorbereid, zodat onze monteurs veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken en onze klanten snel weer kunnen rekenen op een goed functionerende installatie.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je bent energiek, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen en kansen te benutten. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht, ondernemend en nieuwsgierig naar techniek.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde mbo of hbo opleiding.
  • 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met techniek of een sterke interesse om je hierin te verdiepen.
  • Een ondernemende en proactieve instelling.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en een commerciële drive.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
