  • Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung der externen Vertriebspartner*innen für die Einholung von Gestattungen im Ausbaugebiet.
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebspartnerorganisation aktiv mit – von der Akquise neuer Partner*innen bis zur Optimierung bestehender Kooperationen.
  • Du trägst Verantwortung für Absatz- und Vermarktungserfolge in konkreten FTTH-Ausbauprojekten.
  • Du arbeitest nah am Markt, hast direkten Kontakt zu Partner*innen, Kund*innen und internen Schnittstellen und siehst die Ergebnisse Deiner Arbeit im realen Netzausbau.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Direktvertrieb – idealerweise im B2C- oder B2B-Umfeld – sowie in der Steuerung externer Handelsvertreter*innen.
  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kund*innen und externen Partnern, und überzeugst durch klare, verbindliche Kommunikation.
  • Du bringst Fach- und Marktkenntnisse in der Telekommunikation, idealerweise im Bereich FTTH (Fiber to the Home), mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst Verantwortung und kannst Dich darauf verlassen, dass wir das auch tun.
  • Du fühlst Dich in multikulturellen Teams wohl, trittst sicher auf und bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus runden Dein Profil ab.
