In dieser Rolle baust du unsere Supply-Chain- und Logistikfunktion neu auf, mit voller Rückendeckung des Boards und viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Du sorgst dafür, dass Materialflüsse, Lager und Prozesse optimal auf unsere Projekte und Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet sind.

Dein Gestaltungsbereich:

  • Entwicklung der Supply-Chain- und Logistikstrategie
  • Steuerung des Materialflusses vom Lieferanten bis zur Baustelle
  • Vorausschauende Bedarfsplanung und Sicherstellung der Versorgung
  • Optimierung von Lagern (inkl. Fremdlager), Prozessen und Inventuren
  • Verantwortung für Inbound- und Outbound-Prozesse
  • SAP-S/4HANA-Expert:in für Logistik und Weiterentwicklung der MM-Prozesse
  • Steuerung über KPIs sowie Analyse von Kosten, Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen

Dabei bringst du ausgeprägtes einkäuferisches Geschick mit, findest die passenden Partner und verhandelst Verträge souverän. Gleichzeitig treibst du Verbesserungen aktiv voran: Mit Lean- und Digitalisierungsansätzen verschlankst du Prozesse und optimierst die Schnittstellen zu Einkauf, Bau, Projektsteuerung und Buchhaltung, sodass unsere Zusammenarbeit intern wie extern effizienter und reibungsloser wird. Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Supply Chain Management, Materialwirtschaft oder Lagerlogistik mit, idealerweise im Bau, Tiefbau, Glasfaser- oder Telekommunikationsumfeld.
  • Du weißt, wie Baustellen ticken: Projektbezogene Bedarfsplanung und Baustellenlogistik sind für dich kein Neuland.
  • Du verhandelst sicher, überzeugst mit einem souveränen Auftreten und findest auch in komplexen Situationen die passende Lösung.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Lageroptimierung, Inventuren und der Steuerung externer Logistikdienstleister.
  • Du denkst strategisch und packst trotzdem operativ an
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA (MM) oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen und hast Freude an sauberen Stammdaten und Prozessen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert, behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick und bringst Themen zuverlässig zum Abschluss
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, der gerne mit Kolleg*innen zusammenarbeitet und offen auf andere zugeht.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder BWL – oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
