  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für cross-funktionale, strategische IT-Projekte, von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.

  • Du entwickelst fachliche Zielbilder, bewertest Lösungsoptionen und sorgst für eine strukturierte Überführung in umsetzbare Projektpläne.
  • Du erarbeitest das technische High-Level-Design, stimmst dich mit der Architektur ab und identifizierst Abhängigkeiten, Risiken sowie Auswirkungen auf bestehende Prozesse und Systeme.
  • Du bindest relevante Stakeholder frühzeitig ein, moderierst unterschiedliche Interessen und bereitest belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung vor.
  • Du steuerst deine Projekte ganzheitlich bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung, erkennst Umsetzungs- und Akzeptanzrisiken frühzeitig und stellst durch geeignete Maßnahmen die Qualität, Termintreue und Nachhaltigkeit der Lösungen sicher.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer Projekte, IT-Projekte oder technologiegetriebener Transformationsvorhaben
  • Du verstehst Technik und Business gleichermaßen: Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse und Systemlandschaften und übersetzt souverän zwischen beiden Welten.
  • Du vermittelst komplexe Inhalte klar und zielgruppengerecht, managst Erwartungen aktiv und behältst auch bei vielen Beteiligten und Abhängigkeiten den Überblick.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit klassischen, agilen und hybriden Projektmethoden und gehst sicher mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence um. Projektmanagementzertifizierung sind ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Interessen konstruktiv zusammenzuführen.
