  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Projektmanager*innen innerhalb einer überregionalen Projektorganisation.
  • Orientierung im Roll-Out an den Business-Plänen der OXG Glasfaser GmbH und regionale Verantwortlichkeit für den (FTTH-) Netzausbau (PON/XGS-PON) in der NE3.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin- und Budgetvorgaben für die jeweiligen Ausbauprojekte.
  • Übernahme eigenständiger Verhandlungsführung mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten in Bezug auf die Qualität und Performance der Leistungserbringungen.
  • Steuerung der Generalunternehmer auf strategischer und taktischer Ebene sowie Etablierung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Projekt-Reviews.
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, um das maximale aus dem Roll-Out zu holen.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich, alternativ eine Ausbildung im TK-Sektor im technischen Bereich (Festnetz).
  • Du bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Infrastruktur-Projekten oder vergleichbaren Roll-Outs (FTTX) mit.
  • Du verfügst über einen Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft in der Ausbauregion und nach Düsseldorf.
  • Dich hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit GIS und PNI (Physical Network Inventory) Tools.
  • Dich zeichnen ein ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken und Arbeiten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im professionellen Projektmanagement aus.
  • Du verfügst über Verhandlungskompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Lieferanten und zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägtes strategisches und vernetztes Denken und Handeln aus.
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative sind für Dich selbstverständlich. Du bist teamfähig, dienstleistungsorientiert und belastbar.
