  • Du unterstützt unser Projektmanagement im Bereich Wohnungswirtschaft (WoWi) auf der Netzebene 3 (NE3) bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung verschiedener strategischer und operativer Maßnahmen im Glasfaserausbau.
  • Du übernimmst eigene (Teil-)Projekte und begleitest diese von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung – inklusive aktiver Mitarbeit und Mitgestaltung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleiter:innen, externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Wohnungsunternehmen, Dienstleister, Agenturen) sowie internen Fachbereichen zusammen und koordinierst deren Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Projekt- und Excel-Reports, übernimmst das Projekt-Tracking und bereitest Ergebnisse übersichtlich und adressatengerecht auf.
  • Du planst und pflegst Bauzeichnungen und Übersichten (z.B. für NE3-Projekte in der Wohnungswirtschaft) und stellst sicher, dass Informationen in den relevanten Systemen und Dateien aktuell und vollständig sind.
  • Du fasst verschiedene Datenquellen und Listen zusammen, strukturierst sie in Excel und leitest daraus aussagekräftige Reportings und Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben in der Dokumentenablage und -pflege (z.B. Projektunterlagen, Verträge, technische Dokumentation) und unterstützt beim Aufbau effizienter Ablagestrukturen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Kommunikation, Trainings und Schulungen für interne Teams und externe Partner – insbesondere im Hinblick auf Prozesse und Tools im Bereich WoWi NE3.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert und studierst idealerweise Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, oder Geisteswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du bringst erste Praxiserfahrung mit, z.B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten, und hast Interesse am Thema (agilen) Projektmanagement sowie an der Wohnungswirtschaft und/oder dem Glasfaserausbau.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Formeln und Funktionen, Erfahrung mit Pivot-Tabellen und Auswertungen, Freude daran, komplexe Tabellen und Reports zu erstellen, zu pflegen und zu optimieren
  • Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und bringst ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit mit.
  • Du hast Lust, erste Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Dich proaktiv einzubringen und unsere Prozesse im Bereich WoWi NE3 mitzugestalten.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2-Niveau).
  • Du bist engagiert, offen und hast Lust, in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld mitzugestalten.
