Du möchtest bereits während deines Studiums praktische Erfahrungen sammeln und an anspruchsvollen Finanzprojekten mitwirken? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams Finance Projects & Systems und unterstütze uns bei Projekten im Finanz- und SAP-Umfeld. Je nach deinen Interessen, Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten übernimmst du sowohl operative Aufgaben im SAP-Umfeld als auch Tätigkeiten im Projektmanagement. Gemeinsam finden wir Aufgaben, die zu dir passen und dir die Möglichkeit geben, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Umsetzung strategischer Finance-Projekte, z. B. bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP S/4HANA-Systems
  • Eigenständige Mitarbeit in der Administration der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, insbesondere:Benutzerverwaltung Stammdatenmanagement Prozessdokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Kommunikation mit unseren SAP Key Usern, sowie weiteren Ansprechpersonen in unseren Fachabteilungen (z.B. Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Treasury) und mit unseren externen Implementierungspartnern.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du bist immatrikuliert und studierst idealerweise Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang. Themen wie Finanzprozesse, Digitalisierung/KI-Transformation und moderne ERP-Systeme (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition) interessieren dich.
  • Du hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrung aus Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Uni-Projekten gesammelt und arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis für technische, organisatorische und finanzielle Abläufe im Unternehmensumfeld und möchtest dieses im Rahmen von Finance-Projekten und SAP-Themen weiter vertiefen.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen und hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung und eignest dir neue Themen schnell an, um sie selbstständig betreuen zu können.
  • Bitte gib in deiner Bewerbung an, zu welchem Startzeitpunkt und über welchen Zeitraum du gerne Teil unseres Teams werden möchtest (geplant ist eine Dauer von mindestens 12 Monaten).
