Buscamos um(a) Assistente Administrativo para integrar nossa equipe de Anatomia Patológica - em Butantã - SP, atuando de forma estratégica no suporte às rotinas operacionais e na manutenção da nossa rede de atendimento de saúde. Neste papel, você será responsável por apoiar os fluxos internos, garantir a perfeita organização de documentos e fichas de anatomia patológica, efetuar a abertura de cadastros em sistema e realizar o acompanhamento de pós-venda junto aos prestadores de serviços credenciados à operadora. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as rotinas administrativas gerais do setor, garantindo a eficiência dos processos internos.Realizar a organização de serviços de anatomia patológica, controle de fichas e triagem de documentações operacionais.Efetuar a abertura de cadastros e atualização de dados no sistema ERP e plataformas de gestão.Prestar suporte administrativo no abastecimento e manutenção da rede credenciada de saúde.Elaborar e atualizar planilhas de controle em Excel e redigir documentos institucionais no Word.Auxiliar em noções de rotinas financeiras, como conferência de contas a pagar/receber ligadas aos credenciados.Garantir a correta gestão de arquivos e a rastreabilidade das informações solicitadas por outras áreas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Médio Completo.Experiência prévia comprovada em rotinas administrativas, atendimento ao cliente ou funções correlatas.Domínio do Pacote Office (com ênfase em Excel e Word).Conhecimento prático em organização de arquivos, gestão de documentos e ferramentas digitais.

Desejável: Ensino Superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Saúde Coletiva ou áreas correlatas.Vivência prévia no setor de credenciamento médico, operadoras de saúde ou serviços de anatomia patológica.
