1. 支撑 AI 时代的产品研发模式 - 负责建设 AI Native 研发体系，通过架构设计、工程规范和 AI Coding 流程，让 PM、UX 能够高效进行 Vibe Coding，同时保障 AI 生成代码的质量、稳定性和可维护性； - 评估 AI 生成代码的可行性、安全性和可维护性，帮助团队将快速验证转化为稳定上线的产品能力； - 建立适合团队的 AI 辅助研发流程、规范和最佳实践，提升整体研发效率。 2. 全栈产品开发 - 负责海外 C 端 App 相关功能的全流程开发，包括前端、后端及服务端能力建设； - 与产品经理、设计师等紧密合作，将产品需求转化为高质量技术方案； - 快速响应业务需求，完成从 0 到 1 的功能开发以及已有产品的持续优化； - 关注用户体验、性能和稳定性，持续提升产品质量。 3. 工程能力与架构建设 - 参与产品技术架构设计，推动系统模块化、服务化和可扩展性建设； - 优化研发流程、代码质量和工程规范，提升团队长期交付能力； - 负责关键技术问题攻关，包括性能优化、稳定性建设、数据安全等； - 参与技术选型，探索 AI、云服务等新技术在产品研发中的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，本科毕业于985院校或海外知名高校（QS100内），计算机等相关专业。 2、扎实的数据结构、算法和计算机基础知识；熟练掌握一门面向对象的编程语言，比如java 或者C++。 3、对 AI Coding、AI Agent有兴趣，并愿意主动探索； 4、具备良好的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够快速掌握新技术；5、有较强的产品意识，愿意参与从技术实现到用户价值创造的全过程。
