【用户增长工作职责】 1. 负责在Google、Facebook等主流的广告投放工作，包括投放计划的制定与执行、出价调价、推广预算与成本控制等工作，并对相关投放效果负责； 2. 对产品的用户和场景有深刻的理解，结合海外实际诉诸广告创意，输出契合不同地区文化审美且能起量的广告素材；同时根据对市场和人群的理解，捕捉机会点，反哺产品，撬动产品增长； 3. 对数据敏感, 善于分析数据并根据数据对投放策略和素材不断优化，达成量级/留存/ROI等多指标平衡；
