Deine Rolle

Als New Business Manager verantwortest du die operative Steuerung des gruppenweiten Neugeschäfts. Du arbeitest eng mit den Geschäftsführungen unserer Agenturen zusammen, sorgst für Transparenz in Pipeline und Prozessen, koordinierst Ausschreibungen und bereitest neue Geschäftschancen strukturiert vor.

Deine Aufgaben:

Pipeline & Lead-Management

  • Strukturierte Erfassung, Qualifizierung und Nachverfolgung von Leads – in enger Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsführungen der Agenturen
  • Transparente Steuerung und regelmäßiges Reporting der gruppenweiten New-Business-Pipeline
  • Vorbereitung von Kennenlernterminen mit potenziellen Kunden gemeinsam mit den relevanten internen Ansprechpersonen

CRM & Prozesse

  • Operative Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Datenbasis und Funnel-Transparenz
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Standards im Neugeschäft

Ausschreibungen & operative Umsetzung

  • Beobachtung relevanter Ausschreibungen, Pitch-Geschehen und Marktchancen
  • Operative Koordination und Durchführung von Ausschreibungsprozessen
  • Zusammenstellung, Aufbereitung und Steuerung relevanter Unterlagen in enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Agenturen

Markt- & Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markt, Wettbewerbern und New-Business-Aktivitäten im Agenturumfeld
  • Identifikation relevanter Entwicklungen und Chancen für die Gruppe
  • Ableitung operativer Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Unterlagen, Prozesse und Marktattraktivität

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich New Business, Business Development, Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Agentur-, Beratungs- oder Medienumfeld mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Marktbewegungen, Wettbewerbsdynamiken und relevante Geschäftschancen.
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für integrierte Marken-, Kommunikations- und Kreativlösungen
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Reporting und Ausschreibungs- oder Pitch-Prozessen.
