Social Media ist für uns kein Kanal unter vielen, sondern der Ausgangspunkt für echte Markenbeziehungen und nachhaltiges Wachstum. Wir nennen das Social Branding. Als Head of Social Media prägst du PUSHH als Social-Brand-Agentur: strategisch, fachlich und als Führungskraft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst ein Social-Media-Team von rund zehn Personen disziplinarisch und entwickelst Menschen, Kompetenzen und Zusammenarbeit weiter.
  • Du setzt Prioritäten und hältst Qualität, Kapazität und Kundenanforderungen in Balance.
  • Du entwickelst Social-Media-Strategien, Kanal-Setups und Formatarchitekturen.
  • Du berätst Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in klare Maßnahmen.
  • Du entwickelst unser Leistungsangebot weiter, mit Fokus auf organisches Social.
  • Du setzt Standards für Content, Reporting, Testing und Optimierung.
  • Du etablierst KI-Workflows, die Qualität und Tempo im Team spürbar erhöhen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Agenturen der PAHNKE GROUP zusammen, wenn daraus wirksamere Lösungen entstehen.
  • Du arbeitest selbst konzeptionell mit. Dein Schwerpunkt liegen aber auf Führung, Beratung und der Weiterentwicklung von PUSHH.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social-Media-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • Fundierte Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest und LinkedIn
  • Erfahrung in Strategie, Formatentwicklung und Kundenberatung
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen zu entwickeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Reporting und Testing
  • Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Always-on, Paid Social, Creator & Influencer und Community
  • Strategische Klarheit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Pragmatismus in der Umsetzung
  • Neugier auf KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen
