  • Visuelle Führung von Marken auf Social Media – von der Entwicklung der Social Identity bis zur Umsetzung in Stills, Video und Motion
  • Konzeption und Realisierung kreativer, plattformgerechter Ideen für Kampagnen und Always-on
  • Kreative Steuerung und Umsetzung von Produktionen – von schnellen, pragmatischen Social-Formaten bis zu aufwändigeren TVC-Begleitungen
  • Entwicklung von Social Media Guides und Vorlagen-Kits für eine effiziente und skalierbare Content-Produktion
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Design- und Produktionsstandards
  • Mentoring und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Junior Content Creators

Dein Profil

Ob Stills oder Videos – du kannst deine Visionen hands-on präsentieren und umsetzen. Du findest proaktiv Lösungen, führst Projekte eigenständig ins Ziel und arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen.

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kreativ- und Social-Media-Umfeld – idealerweise in der Agenturwelt
  • ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken, Kultur, Social-Media-Trends, visuelle Kommunikation und plattformspezifischen Content
  • sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design-, Editing- und Content-Tools – auch mit professionellen Grafiktools über Canva hinaus
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Influencer:innen und Steuerung von Creator:innen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Content-Produktionen
  • eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und den Anspruch, Dinge eigenständig voranzutreiben
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität mit Lust, in Eigeninitiative Wissen zu teilen und andere zu entwickeln
