O Supervisor de Expedição é responsável por coordenar e garantir a execução de todas as atividades relacionadas à expedição de mercadorias, incluindo separação, conferência e carregamento. Atua assegurando a organização do Centro de Distribuição, a produtividade da equipe, a acuracidade dos processos e a qualidade da operação. Mantém interface com diversas áreas e fornece informações estratégicas para a gestão, garantindo segurança, eficiência operacional e satisfação do cliente.

Pré-requisitos:

Experiência:

  • Mínimo de 2 anos em funções de supervisão/coordenação na área logística ou liderança de equipes operacionais.
  • Vivência em rotinas de depósito/CD.

Formação:

  • Graduação em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

  • Domínio de Pacote Office.
  • Conhecimentos em processos de expedição, operação de coletores de dados (RF), conferência e separação.
  • Noções de segurança do trabalho, qualidade e atendimento.
  • Conhecimento de missão, valores e procedimentos internos.

Competências de Liderança:

  • Boa capacidade de argumentação e resolução de conflitos.
  • Relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Tomada de decisão ágil e orientação para resultados.

Será considerado um diferencial

  • Atuação prévia em Centros de Distribuição de médio/grande porte.
  • Experiência com sistemas WMS e rádio frequência.
  • Vivência com processos de roteirização e formação de carga.

Atividades

  • Supervisionar e coordenar todas as etapas da expedição: separação, conferência e carregamento.
  • Planejar as atividades operacionais, garantindo produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Acompanhar indicadores da área e reportar informações ao Gerente e Diretor de Logística.
  • Mediar interface com áreas internas: Recebimento, Armazenagem, FPP, PCE, Comercial, Loja, RH, Atendimento etc.
  • Garantir organização, segurança e disciplina operacional dentro do CD.
  • Avaliar a equipe e promover desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Assegurar o uso adequado e a manutenção de equipamentos (balanças, paleteiras, transpaleteiras, coletores, etc).
  • Apoiar o time de roteirização e formação de carga quando necessário.
  • Solucionar divergências de quantidade, endereçamento e cadastro em conjunto com o PCE.
  • Atender demandas emergenciais, buscando soluções rápidas e eficazes.
