Supervisionar e liderar as equipes de logística interna, armazém e movimentação de materiais, assegurando a máxima eficiência e acuracidade nas operações de recebimento físico e fiscal, desova de contêineres, unboxing, inspeção de qualidade de entrada, estocagem, picking e abastecimento just-in-time das linhas de montagem (materiais diretos e indiretos). Garantir o cumprimento estrito das diretrizes de segurança do trabalho, organização e auditoria 5S, conformidade com as rotinas no WMS/ERP e melhoria contínua através do Lean Logistics e planejamento e execução de inventários e destinação de scraps e old stock.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão da operação

Supervisionar e distribuir as atividades da equipe de logística de armazém, pátio e abastecimento interno, garantindo o cumprimento dos planos de produção e dos cronogramas diários. Gerenciar o recebimento de contêineres e carretas, coordenando docagem, desova segura, conferência física/cega e direcionamento dos volumes. Acompanhar unboxing, desembalagem, triagem e inspeção de recebimento, em alinhamento com a Qualidade, identificando rapidamente avarias e divergências. Garantir a armazenagem e o endereçamento corretos, o giro de estoque (FIFO/FEFO) e a preservação dos materiais em porta-paletes, blocados e áreas de estocagem. Supervisionar picking, separação e kitting, assegurando o abastecimento pontual da linha com peças diretas e insumos indiretos.

Sistemas e controle de estoque

Garantir a execução correta das transações no WMS e ERP (baixas, movimentações internas, transferências entre depósitos e entradas de mercadoria/MIGO), mantendo alta acuracidade de estoque. Liderar inventários cíclicos.

Segurança, 5S e melhoria contínua

Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, o uso correto de EPIs e a operação segura de empilhadeiras e rebocadores (NR-11), além de conduzir o Diálogo Diário de Segurança (DDS). Manter organização, padronização visual, limpeza e segurança de docas, corredores e armazém, por meio da aplicação e auditoria do 5S. Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua (Kaizen, Lean Logistics, redução de desperdícios e tempos de espera) e conduzir análises de anomalias com ferramentas como 5 Porquês e Ishikawa.

Gestão de pessoas e interfaces

Gerir dimensionamento de pessoal, controle de jornada/ponto, escalas, férias e a evolução da matriz de competências da equipe. Atuar em alinhamento diário com PCP, Compras, Manufatura e Qualidade para antecipar gargalos e garantir o fluxo contínuo de materiais.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações

Escolaridade: Ensino Superior Completo em Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência: Sólida vivência em liderança de equipes operacionais de logística de fábrica, armazém ou centros de distribuição no segmento industrial (preferencialmente metalmecânico, automotivo ou máquinas pesadas);Conhecimentos: Pacote Office intermediário/avançado (Excel para relatórios gerenciais e controle) e NR-11 (transporte e movimentação de cargas/empilhadeiras);Metodologias: Melhoria contínua (5S, Kaizen, 5 Porquês);Habilidades: Liderança de equipes operacionais e gestão de conflitos no chão de fábrica;Idiomas: Inglês avançado;Desejável: Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain), Logística Empresarial ou Lean Manufacturing / Lean Logistics;Desejável: Domínio avançado em sistemas ERP e WMS (módulos MM, WM/EWM ou equivalentes);Desejável: Controle de KPIs operacionais (acuracidade de estoque, OTIF, tempo de desova e giro de estoque).
