Role Overview: The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages to standards.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee and service areas.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.
  • Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Handle guest requests and provide recommendations on beverages when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous Barista experience in a luxury hotel, café, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
