Role Overview: The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other pastry items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
  • Assist with daily mise en place and ensure all pastry stations are properly organized and stocked.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques and dessert preparation.
  • Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and flexible shift
