Role Overview: The F&B Captain will lead service operations during events, ensuring high-quality service, coordination, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during events.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to F&B servers.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on event performance and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an F&B Captain or supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
