Role Overview: The F&B Hostess will welcome and assist guests within dining areas, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to seating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain reservation systems and manage seating arrangements.
  • Provide menus and explain any daily specials.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Candidate Requirements:
