Pameijer zoekt een Assistent werkbegeleider (praktijkondersteuner B) in Hoeksche Waard. Ben jij een aanpakker die graag zelfstandig werkt, makkelijk schakelt en mensen helpt hun talenten te ontdekken? Bij Pameijer begeleid je mensen met een (licht) verstandelijke of psychiatrische beperking tijdens hun werk en activiteiten. Dat doe je op verschillende locaties in de Hoeksche Waard, waar jouw creativiteit, flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid iedere dag van pas komen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Jij bent een praktische, zelfstandige en betrokken collega. Je houdt van aanpakken, denkt in mogelijkheden en weet je gemakkelijk aan te passen aan verschillende situaties.
  • Je hebt een agogisch mbo-3-diploma (bijvoorbeeld MMZ of SPW) of hoger.
  • Je hebt werkervaring met mensen met een (licht) verstandelijke of psychiatrische beperking.
  • Je bent een aanpakker en vindingrijk in het bedenkingen van oplossingen.
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B én een eigen auto. Dit is noodzakelijk vanwege de verschillende werklocaties.
