Funciones:

  • Gestionar y controlar los procesos relacionados a la contratación de terceros para la ejecución de obras y servicios requeridos por la Compañía, con la finalidad de garantizar la contratación bajo las mejores condiciones para la Compañía (costo, calidad y tiempo); asimismo, asegurar que la ejecución de las obras y servicios contratados se realice en concordancia con las condiciones, estándares y retribuciones económicas acordadas y presupuestadas.
  • Efectuar y controlar los procesos de cotización, concurso o licitación para la contratación de terceros.
  • Participar en la elaboración de los precios de referencia como parte de las bases de negociación y/o licitación.
  • Efectuar la búsqueda, análisis y evaluación de contratistas especializados o proveedores requeridos para los trabajos tercerizados en la unidad.
  • Efectuar la revisión, evaluación de las cotizaciones, alcanzadas por terceros, sobre propuestas para la realización de una obra o servicio.
  • Velar por la oportuna consecución del proceso de elaboración de contratos con los contratistas especializados o proveedores y efectuar el seguimiento de los mismos.
  • Verificar que los servicios realizados se valoricen en los sistemas correspondientes y corresponda a lo efectivamente realizado (ordenes de servicios, ordenes de trabajo, liquidaciones de servicios, valorización en el SIOM, etc.).
  • Velar por la aplicación de las penalidades y/o descuentos definidos en los CONTRATOS, OS u OT, sobre el incumplimiento de los trabajos encomendados y/o a las normas de seguridad e higiene ocupacional o del medio ambiente.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Análisis de costos, evaluación Financiera, materias laborales, legales y de Impuestos, procesos productivos mineros y/o proyectos, procesos de contratación, procedimientos de contratación tradicional e comercio electrónico, análisis de mercado proveedor, análisis de riesgos del Negocio.
  • D.S. N°024-2016-EM, Ley 29783 de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Office, Base de Datos)
  • Ms Office (Nivel intermedio)
  • Inglés (Nivel Intermedio)

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Titulado en Administración, Contabilidad o Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines; más estudios adicionales de Post Grado por un periodo no menor a 01 Año.
  • Requiere más de 04 años de experiencia en puesto igual o similar, con experiencia en Negociación con proveedores, Relaciones y comunicaciones interpersonales.
