Funciones:

  • Supervisar y hacer el seguimiento de los trabajos y gestiones realizadas por los Negociadores de Compra de tierras.
  • Analizar y determinar las condiciones de la propiedad a negociar, verificando los documentos de propiedad, el área a adquirir y los posibles riesgos con los colindantes y/o terceros.
  • Elaborar el informe de diagnóstico Técnico Legal del predio y plantear alternativas de saneamiento.
  • Desarrollar el proceso y cierre de negociación a través de reuniones con los titulares y familiares directos respecto de los predios de interés.
  • Elaborar el Informe legal, autorización de compra y la documentación requerida para concluir el cierre de negociación en la notaría (minutas, transacciones extrajudiciales y afines).
  • Gestionar y controlar los procesos de saneamiento de los predios pendientes de inscripción registral.
  • Participar en la solución de conflictos y reclamos de parte de los expropietarios.
  • Revisar y validar los informes técnicos y legales realizados por el personal a cargo, así como, autorización de compra y la documentación requerida para concluir el cierre de negociación en la notaría (minutas, transacciones extrajudiciales y afines).

Requisitos

  • Título Profesional en Derecho, Ingeniero Civil o carreras afines y Colegiatura vigente, asimismo estudios de Post Grado por un periodo no menor 01 año, sobre saneamiento de Tierras.
  • 05 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Licencia de conducir (deseable).
  • Conocimientos: Estrategias de compra de tierras, saneamiento de Tierras Rurales, Negociación y Adquisiciones. Software para elaboración de planos (AUTOCAD y ARCGIS) Manejo de conflictos aplicados a negociación de tierras. Gestión de Seguridad (D.S. N 024-2016- EM), Medio Ambiente e Higiene Minera principalmente a los aspectos referidos a las obligaciones del trabajador.
