  • Coordinar y asegurar que todos los componentes del modelo de mina estén introducidos en el sistema; rutas, modelo de bloques, polígonos, celdas de lixiviación y planes de minado.
  • Coordinar con el área de sistemas y comunicaciones el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura que soporta al sistema de gestión de flota; servidores, computadoras, pantallas, puntos de conexión fija y puntos móviles remotos (carros Mersh).
  • Participar activamente en las reuniones con operaciones mina, para mantener actualizada la información de los estados en el sistema de gestión de flota.
  • Revisar periódicamente los datos proporcionados por el sistema (alta precisión en excavadoras, polígonos, modelo de bloques, entre otros) que estén alienados a los estándares del Sistema de Gestión de Flota.
  • Realizar analítica de datos, verificando el comportamiento de las variables operativas para la identificación de proyectos de mejora.
  • Administrar y crear cuentas de acceso con derechos y atributos adecuados para el usuario nuevo.
  • Generar el plan de capacitación de los ingenieros de control de flota para el monitoreo de la operatividad del sistema y desarrollo de mejores prácticas para optimizar la flota de equipos en tiempo real.
  • Soportar el sistema de gestión de operaciones mina, estableciendo objetivos comunes, oportunidades de mejora continua, procesos eficientes y desarrollo a las personas.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero de Minas, Colegiado y habilitado
  • 3 años en puestos o áreas similares de tecnologías mineras
  • Licencia de conducir AI.

Conocimientos:

  • D.S. N°024-2016-EM, Ley 29783 de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo
  • Analítica y ciencia de datos
  • Costos y presupuestos
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI).
  • Programación a nivel avanzado (Python, SQL, C#)
