En Pan American Silver Perú S.A.C. nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Practicante de Comercialización para integrarse a nuestro equipo de la Gerencia de Comercialización, perteneciente a la Dirección de Finanzas.

¿Qué aprenderás durante tu práctica?

A través de un plan de entrenamiento estructurado, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar conocimientos y experiencia en:

  • Procesos de comercialización de concentrados minerales y doré.
  • Análisis de contratos de compraventa, valorizaciones y liquidaciones comerciales.
  • Seguimiento de procesos logísticos, despacho y embarque de concentrados.
  • Gestión documental relacionada con operaciones comerciales y exportaciones.
  • Elaboración y análisis de reportes comerciales e indicadores de gestión.
  • Coordinación de procesos comerciales con áreas operativas, financieras y logísticas.

Buscamos jóvenes profesionales con interés en desarrollar su carrera en la comercialización de minerales, con disposición para aprender y contribuir al trabajo de nuestro equipo.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Egresado(a) universitario(a) de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.

Conocimientos

  • Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimientos básicos de comercio exterior, costos y presupuestos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de procesos de comercialización de minerales, logística de exportación y valorización de concentrados.

Competencias

  • Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Orientación al aprendizaje.
  • Organización y planificación.
  • Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
  • Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
