Jouw rol

Als stagiair Reservations & Guest Service Expert help je gasten met vragen over ons hotel en onze diensten. Daarnaast ondersteun je de administratieve verwerking van inkomende reserveringen.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse controles en taken in Opera, ons hotelmanagementsysteem.
  • Verwerken van reserveringen voor individuele gasten en leisuregroepen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van gasten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Nauwkeurig bijhouden en actualiseren van reserveringsgegevens.
  • Inspelen op de behoeften van gasten en zoeken naar passende oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met het team om elke gast een warm welkom en professionele service te bieden.

Jouw profiel

  • Sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een teamspeler met een hart voor hospitality en onze gasten.
  • Een proactieve houding en de motivatie om bij te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je staat gasten graag en zelfverzekerd telefonisch te woord.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en daarnaast in het Nederlands of Frans.
