Job Description
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Parking Operations Lead – to join our – team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary: This role provides facility information, and safe access assistance to patients and visitors arriving and exiting campus buildings. Lead and support the access assistant program to ensure smooth workflow of the team such that team members are following processes and procedures. Function as a part of the access assistant team to ensure continual quality improvements are in place to meet the needs of our customers and create a positive experience.
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience in a leadership role. Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheet and word processing applications desirable. Work experience in customer service, patient transport and body mechanic skills, and public/personal communications desirable
