With three locations—Parkway Chevrolet, Parkway Family Kia, and Parkway Family Mazda—we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare buyer's orders and all required documentation for retail vehicle sales
  • Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently
  • Review purchase orders and sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules
  • Work closely with sales representatives and retail department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals
  • Experience with Tekion preferred
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards
  • Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction

Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
