SERVICE ADVISOR Parkway Ford / Parkway CDJR — Pampa, Texas

About The Opportunity

Parkway is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who can build customer trust, organize a busy workload, and help customers understand the value of maintaining and repairing their vehicles.

You will guide customers through the service experience—from their initial concern and estimate through repair authorization, progress updates, and delivery. This position reports to the Service Director.

Responsibilities

  • Review service history and recommend maintenance appropriate to the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidance.
  • Prepare clear repair orders and accurate estimates for parts, labor, and expected completion time.
  • Coordinate with technicians, Parts, and the designated dispatcher to keep approved work moving.
  • Present needed repairs promptly while the vehicle remains available for inspection or repair, coordinating with the shop to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Review completed repair orders for accurate charges, authorizations, technician findings, and actual mileage in and out.
  • Handle concerns professionally and involve management when assistance is needed.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle locations, key control, and organized customer records.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and review personal sales, communication, and customer satisfaction results.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
