Buscamos a un/a AI Platform Engineer especializado/a en desarrollo de herramientas e infraestructura de Inteligencia Artificial para potenciar y transformar el uso de nuestro Design System.

En este rol no te encargarás de maquetar componentes UI ni de diseñar interfaces gráficas. Tu misión principal será diseñar la arquitectura, servidores y flujos de trabajo con IA (mediante el protocolo MCP) que permitan a nuestros equipos de desarrollo consumir, entender e integrar el Design System de forma más rápida, inteligente y automatizada.

Trabajarás en el punto de encuentro entre la ingeniería de software backend (Node.js / TypeScript) y la integración de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs, agentes y desarrollo asistido por IA).

  • Infraestructura de IA y MCP: Diseñar, construir y mantener servidores e integraciones bajo el protocolo Model Context Protocol (MCP) para conectar los recursos de nuestro Design System con asistentes de código y agentes de IA.
  • Herramientas para Desarrolladores (DevEx): Empaquetar capacidades de IA en herramientas modulares, reutilizables y bien documentadas que mejoren la productividad de los equipos.
  • Workflows Agénticos e Instrucciones: Desarrollar prompts estructurados, instrucciones para agentes de código y flujos automatizados para tareas comunes de desarrollo.
  • Ecosistema de IA: Establecer buenas prácticas de adopción de IA, control de contexto, gobernanza y seguridad de código generado por LLMs.
  • Documentación y Habilitación: Crear guías, plantillas y ejemplos técnicos que faciliten la adopción de estas soluciones internas por parte de otros ingenieros.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Base sólida de Ingeniería de Software: Experiencia comprobada construyendo APIs, lógica de negocio y arquitectura de software mantenible.
  • Experiencia práctica en MCP (Model Context Protocol): Desarrollo o integración real de servidores, herramientas o clientes MCP.
  • Dominio de TypeScript / JavaScript en Backend (Node.js): Capacidad para programar la lógica e integraciones de IA en el lenguaje estándar de nuestro ecosistema web.
  • Workflows de IA y Agentes: Experiencia integrando APIs de LLMs, tool calling, gestión de contexto e instrucciones estructuradas para asistentes de programación (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
  • Capacidad de Empaquetado Técnico: Habilidad para convertir soluciones complejas en herramientas internas fáciles de adoptar por otros desarrolladores.

Requisitos valorables

  • Familiaridad con la estructura y consumo de Design Systems, librerías de componentes UI (React, etc.) y documentación técnica.
  • Creación de herramientas CLI, automatizaciones internas o plataformas para desarrolladores.
  • Experiencia en testing automatizado y evaluación de calidad/precisión para respuestas de IA.
