Descripción del puesto / Funciones

Desde Pasiona buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a DevOps / Platform Engineer. El perfil seleccionado participará en el diseño, implementación, automatización y operación de infraestructuras, pipelines de despliegue, soluciones de monitorización y servicios de plataforma que dan soporte al ecosistema OSPO (Open Source Program Office).

Requisitos mínimos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia sólida en prácticas CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitHub Apps, gestión de repositorios y workflows de automatización.
  • Experiencia con plataformas cloud como Azure, AWS o GCP.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Infrastructure as Code (IaC), utilizando Terraform o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Experiencia con tecnologías de plataformas modernas, especialmente Kubernetes y OpenShift.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas como OpenSearch, OpenSearch Dashboards, Grafana, Prometheus o soluciones similares de monitorización y reporting.
  • Experiencia implementando prácticas GitOps, automatización de plataformas, capacidades de autoservicio y procesos de soporte operativo.
  • Conocimientos de scripting y automatización con Python, Bash o tecnologías similares.
  • Conocimiento de principios de fiabilidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y excelencia operativa.

Requisitos valorables

  • Experiencia con GrimoireLab o plataformas equivalentes de analítica, métricas de comunidad y reporting.
  • Experiencia en prácticas de Open Source e InnerSource.
  • Conocimientos de automatización y transformación de datos operativos en información útil para la toma de decisiones.
  • Interés por explorar tecnologías emergentes, nuevas prácticas de ingeniería de plataformas y capacidades operativas asistidas por inteligencia artificial.
