¿Tienes experiencia en gestión de datos y soporte a proyectos IT y te motiva trabajar en un entorno internacional, dinámico y con diferentes stakeholders?

Buscamos un/a Junior IT Project Analyst / PMO Analyst para incorporarse al equipo CIO y dar soporte a programas estratégicos tanto a nivel local como de grupo, dentro de una organización internacional con infraestructuras IT multicountry. Tendrás un papel clave en la gestión y calidad de los datos de aplicaciones IT, el seguimiento de procesos de IT Governance y la coordinación entre los equipos de Business, IT Owners y CIO. Serás el punto de conexión entre diferentes áreas de negocio y equipos tecnológicos, asegurando la correcta gestión de la información, el cumplimiento del IT Framework y la aplicación de los procesos establecidos.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades:

• Dar soporte en la gestión de aplicaciones locales y garantizar la precisión de sus datos dentro del ámbito de IT Asset Management. • Actuar como interlocutor entre los Business IT Owners y CIO PLM cuando la responsabilidad de IT Ownership recaiga en las áreas de negocio. • Asegurar que los IT Owners cumplen con el IT Framework, procesos y estándares establecidos. • Recopilar, consolidar y cruzar información procedente de diferentes fuentes y bases de datos. • Identificar inconsistencias, analizar discrepancias y aplicar las correcciones necesarias para garantizar la calidad de los datos. • Gestionar grandes volúmenes de información mediante herramientas y procesos de tratamiento de datos. • Dar soporte en la coordinación y seguimiento de programas estratégicos de IT a nivel local y de grupo. • Crear, actualizar y mantener procedimientos, documentación y user guides. • Dar soporte a los usuarios en la comprensión y aplicación de procesos y procedimientos IT. • Coordinarse con diferentes stakeholders de negocio, equipos IT y perfiles de dirección. • Gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades de forma organizada y autónoma.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia profesional en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia previa como Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, PMO Analyst o Junior IT / Business Analyst.
  • Experiencia valorable en grandes compañías con infraestructuras IT internacionales y entornos multicountry.
  • Buenos conocimientos de Data Management: estructuración, gestión y tratamiento de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con diferentes herramientas y bases de datos, realizando cruces de información y validaciones.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Project Management.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y trabajar con diferentes prioridades.
  • Buen nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y rigurosa.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con diferentes perfiles: Business, IT y Dirección.
  • Mentalidad analítica, orientación al detalle y ganas de aprender.

Requisitos valorables

  • Conocimientos de Power BI.
  • Experiencia en IT Asset Management.
  • Conocimientos de IT Governance y frameworks de gestión IT.
  • Experiencia en organizaciones internacionales o con equipos distribuidos geográficamente.
  • Familiaridad con procesos de gestión de aplicaciones y calidad de datos.

Inglés.
