Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst para incorporarse a un entorno internacional en Barcelona. La persona seleccionada participará en la gestión operativa, optimización y evolución de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), colaborando con diferentes equipos de negocio y tecnología para garantizar la correcta ejecución de campañas de marketing y customer journeys.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en CRM y Marketing Automation, capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de incidencias, que pueda actuar como nexo entre las necesidades del negocio y las soluciones técnicas.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Formación universitaria de grado superior, máster o titulación equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Business Analyst, consultor/a CRM o consultor/a de Marketing Technology, con experiencia demostrable en gestión y ejecución operativa.
  • Experiencia práctica y sólida con Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), especialmente en: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions.
  • Experiencia dando soporte a Salesforce Marketing Cloud en organizaciones internacionales y entornos complejos.
  • Experiencia en ejecución de campañas, gestión de Customer Journeys, soporte operativo, resolución de incidencias y troubleshooting.
  • Conocimientos de calidad de datos, gestión de audiencias, segmentación, consentimiento y monitorización de campañas.
  • Conocimientos de SQL y análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en testing, pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT) y resolución de problemas.

Requisitos valorables

  • Conocimientos del ecosistema Salesforce CRM y de integraciones con otras plataformas CRM.
  • Conocimientos de integraciones mediante API y SFTP.
  • Conocimiento del modelo de datos de Marketing Cloud.
  • Experiencia en gestión de consentimientos y cumplimiento del RGPD (GDPR).
  • Conocimientos de buenas prácticas de entregabilidad de correo electrónico (Email Deliverability).
  • Conocimientos de activación de campañas multicanal, incluyendo Push Notifications, WhatsApp y RCS.
  • Se valorará experiencia en los sectores de seguros, asistencia, viajes o servicios financieros.
