Description du poste

Nous recherchons un-e Dessinateur-trice Projeteur-se, collaborateur-trice direct du Directeur de projet et/ou du Chef de projet, intervenant en appui de la conception et de la production des projets architecturaux.

Rigoureux-se et impliqué-e, vous participez à la réalisation de l’ensemble des documents graphiques d’un projet, à toutes ses phases, en lien étroit avec l’architecte et les équipes projet.

Vous contribuez à la qualité des livrables et au respect des exigences réglementaires, tout en vous inscrivant dans une démarche collaborative et BIM.

Vos missions :

  • Assister le responsable de projet dans la conception architecturale.
  • Dessiner les plans du projet sur les différentes phases.
  • Produire les documents graphiques constituant le dossier d'un projet à toutes les phases.
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire (sécurité incendie, accessibilité PMR).
  • Compiler et relire les dossiers de rendus.
  • Assurer la gestion documentaire du projet.
  • Participer au développement de la méthode BIM de l’agence.
  • Appliquer les méthodes et processus Patriarche dans la réalisation des projets.

Profil recherché

  • Formation de type BEP, Bac professionnel ou Bac +2 en architecture, bâtiment ou design d’espace.
  • Première expérience de 3 mois minimum sur un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise de REVIT et Autocad
  • Connaissances des outils DAO, CAO, CFAO et du contexte réglementaire de la construction (dont sécurité incendie).
  • Compréhension des enjeux environnementaux des projets.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais.
