The posting
As a member of the Creative QA team, you will facilitate detailed inspections of Amazon and marketplace creative — A+ Content, Image Stacks, and product imagery — to ensure the final product meets Pattern's quality standards before it goes live. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping campaigns and projects moving internally: catching copy errors, image inconsistencies, and compliance issues before they cost a listing sales or trigger a takedown, while developing and refining the inspection process itself.
Core Responsibilities
- Run detailed QA on Amazon A+ Content and Image Stack modules, cross-referencing Figma design files against content sheets (copy docs, Google Sheets, PDFs)
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with correct stakeholder approvals
- Ensure all pertinent details needed for the creation of materials are provided and complete before production begins
- Verify copy accuracy — headlines, bullets, claims, and brand voice — is consistent across every module and product variant
- Audit images against hero/reference product photos to catch AI-generation errors, color mismatches, cropping issues, and packaging inaccuracies
- Check file naming conventions and SKU counts across shared drive folders to confirm content is production-ready
- Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found or details are incomplete
- Log and prioritize QA findings with clear severity ratings and specific, actionable feedback for designers and copywriters
- Track task progression across pre- and post-production, keeping CPMs and project owners looped in on updates
- Maintain and apply brand-specific QA guidelines, incorporating reviewer feedback to sharpen the process over time
- Develop and continuously improve the workflow for product/content inspection

- Extremely organized and works well under pressure, at volume, without losing rigor
- A sharp eye for visual detail — able to catch color shifts, misalignment, cropping errors, and typography inconsistencies at a glance
- Able to view a project from a strategic perspective, not just a checklist
- A deep understanding of ecommerce/marketplace trends and how design strategy affects conversion
- Well-versed with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI image generation/review tools) and comfortable adopting new ones — a genuine quick learner who picks up new tools and workflows fast
- Develops skills in staff/personnel management as the team grows
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of interest and experience with QA within a creative or production team
- The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working familiarity with Figma
- Skilled in Asana or similar project management software preferred
- Strong AI-tool fluency and a demonstrated quick-learner mindset — comfortable picking up new QA/creative tools with minimal ramp-up
- Language skills: ability to read, write, type, and communicate verbally, effectively and professionally, with other business departments, guests, and vendors; able to diplomatically handle difficult situations while maintaining professionalism
