Esta função

A área de Sales Enablement é responsável por capacitar e apoiar o time comercial por meio de treinamentos, materiais, processos, ferramentas e iniciativas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento contínuo e a melhoria da performance. O time atua na criação de conteúdos, gestão da plataforma de aprendizagem (LMS), comunicação interna, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte a projetos estratégicos, garantindo que as equipes tenham acesso às informações e recursos necessários para desempenhar suas atividades com excelência.

A área de Finanças é responsável por gerenciar os recursos financeiros da empresa, garantindo o controle, a transparência e a eficiência na utilização do orçamento. O time atua no planejamento financeiro, acompanhamento de receitas e despesas, gestão de pagamentos, análise de resultados, elaboração de relatórios e monitoramento de indicadores financeiros, além de apoiar as demais áreas na tomada de decisões estratégicas. Seu trabalho contribui para a sustentabilidade financeira do negócio, a otimização de custos e o alcance dos objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na organização e atualização de materiais de treinamento, playbooks e comunicados da área.
  • Apoiar a gestão da plataforma LMS, acompanhando treinamentos, trilhas de aprendizagem e indicadores de participação.
  • Dar suporte à organização de treinamentos, reuniões, eventos e iniciativas de comunicação voltadas ao time comercial.
  • Auxiliar na consolidação de indicadores, controles administrativos e acompanhamento de projetos da área.
  • Suporte a pagamentos de fornecedores
  • Atualização de planilhas diárias de controle (fluxo de caixa e operações de cessão)
  • Suporte a fechamento mensal de resultados
  • Envio e validação de relatorios mensais de faturamento

Requisitos:

  • Estar dentro dos requisitos da Lei da Aprendizagem (Lei 10.097/2000), atualizada pelo Decreto 11.479/2023
  • Ter concluído o Ensino Médio ou estar cursando a Faculdade
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial por 6 horas
  • Desejável nível intermediário de inglês para leitura e escrita
  • Desejável conhecimento com planilhas, documentos e e-mails
