業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

PayPayカードのマーケティング本部は、PayPayカードおよびPayPayクレジットの新規会員獲得から利用促進まで、一連のマーケティング活動を幅広く担っています。 両サービスのさらなる成長に向けて、認知向上、新規会員獲得、利用促進など、多面的なマーケティング戦略を推進しています。 また、データやプロダクトを活用しながら、会員獲得から利用促進まで幅広いマーケティング施策を展開しています。企画から実行まで一気通貫で関わることができ、新しいアイデアを柔軟に形にできる環境です。 ※配属先は選考を通じて、ご経験や適性を踏まえて決定します。

PayPayカードおよびPayPayクレジットは、さらなる事業成長に向けた重要なフェーズを迎えています。 市場でのプレゼンス向上に向けて、新規会員獲得や継続利用の促進に加え、顧客セグメントに応じたマーケティング施策の高度化が求められています。 また、PayPay・ソフトバンク・LINEヤフーなどのグループ企業との連携も多く、スピード感のある課題解決や複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進が重要となっています。 こうした環境で、マーケティング戦略の立案・実行、組織運営、主要プロジェクトの推進を担う部長候補を募集しています。

【業務概要】

マーケティング本部の部長候補として、事業成長に向けたマーケティング戦略の推進と組織マネジメントを担っていただきます。

●マーケティング戦略の立案・推進 └新規会員獲得および利用促進に向けた戦略立案・実行管理 └顧客データや市場動向を踏まえたマーケティング施策の企画・推進 └グループ企業と連携したマーケティング施策の推進 ●プロジェクトマネジメント └事業横断の重要プロジェクトの統括 └関係部署との調整・意思決定支援 ●組織マネジメント、経営層・上位レイヤーとの連携 └チーム運営・メンバー育成（最大20名規模を想定） └組織体制の設計、役割定義、パフォーマンスマネジメント └経営層およびグループ企業との連携・コミュニケーション

必要な経験/スキル

下記のご経験やスキルをお持ちの方：

  • toC領域におけるマーケティングまたはサービス企画の実務経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメントまたは組織マネジメントのご経験
  • 経営層および現場双方とコミュニケーションを図りながら、意思決定や施策推進をリードしたご経験
  • 経営層向けの資料作成・提案を行い、事業や組織における重要施策の推進に携わったご経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 事業計画やKPIの策定、推進、運用のご経験
  • データ分析を活用したマーケティング施策の企画・改善経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
