業務について

PayPayカードの財務部門は、資金管理・資金調達を通じて事業成長を支える組織です。 日々の資金管理に加え、PayPayグループとの連携による財務管理の高度化や、業務プロセス改善（BPR）、資金管理システム（TMS）の活用など、財務基盤の強化・高度化を推進しています。 少数精鋭の組織のため、オペレーションにとどまらず、課題解決や仕組みづくりにも主体的に関わることができる環境です。

事業拡大に伴い、資金管理・資金調達の重要性がますます高まっています。 資金の流れや管理体制も日々変化しており、安定的なオペレーションに加え、グループ連携による資金効率の向上や業務プロセス改善など、財務機能そのものの高度化が求められるフェーズにあります。 今回のポジションでは、財務業務の実務経験を活かしながら、改善提案や企画推進にも主体的に取り組んでいただける方を募集しています。

【具体的な業務内容】

ご経験に応じて、資金管理・資金調達を中心とした財務業務をお任せします。

  • 資金調達および資金運用業務
  • 資金繰り管理、キャッシュフロー管理
  • 借入金管理、金融機関対応
  • 資金関連の経理処理、データ集計・分析
  • 金利動向を含む市場調査・分析および、その結果を踏まえた資金調達戦略の検討
  • 経営層向けレポーティング資料の作成

必要な経験/スキル

  • 事業会社の財務部門における、資金管理・資金運用・資金調達の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
  • 会計、資金管理、資金調達に関する財務関連知識
  • 貸借対照表（B/S）、損益計算書（P/L）、キャッシュフロー計算書（C/F）などの財務諸表を理解できる方

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 金融業界のご経験
  • システム導入による業務改善等のご経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

基本的にはリモートワーク中心で、業務内容に応じて東京オフィスへご出社いただく場合があります。 出社頻度は週1回程度を想定しており、曜日は固定ではありません。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
